Same houseboat, 1973 and ten improvements later in mid-2009. The original owner-builder was notable for never wearing anything but his toolbelt during the whole of the construction. Later residents included editor Kevin Kelly, poet Anne Herbert, architect Peter Calthorpe, and writer Paul Hawken.
